Shoe Station

Went in for the 1st time on today 12/8/25, asked for assistance. Hannah immediately came over to assist me. I needed more help she came over again and not only did she showed me where the item was she walked me to it. I loved the customer service given and she made a suggestive sale ŵas well. I wanted a pair of black crocs for my granddaughter Christmas gift. Thanks Hannah you Rock !

Went here looking for non-slip work shoes. No greeting of any kind as I walked in. No offer of any assistance to find what I was looking for. Could not find non-slip work shoes of any brand. No offer of any assistance walking out. Atrocious customer service. This is Not the place if you are looking for non-slip work shoes, that's for sure. Revised review 05.08.2026 As you can see the same blanket response from the "owner". Try and support brick & mortar stores and this is what you get. Purchased a pair of New Balance for 49.99 on line. Delivered 3 days later, free shipping. Customer Service is a dead.

Not happy with customer service. Wasn’t greeted. My son wanted a pair of nikes but they were high on the shelf. A young lady who worked there saw us and walked right by us instead of assisting. We grabbed them down but my son and myself could’ve gotten hurt by the boxes. Shopping and feeling like you’re not being acknowledged sucks. The last time I shopped was right before the remodel and I ordered shoes in store. When I asked the cashier an estimate on arrival they didn’t know. Then asked a manager which was a lady with long hair. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there and had an attitude the entire time. It made me uncomfortable. The prices are incredibly high and the workers seem like manikin’s because all they do is stand around instead of giving good costumer service. This is eventually going to draw away customers. It for sure drew me away. 👎🏾

Great 👍 prices. I went there for Crocks. But I saw these very cute and very comfortable flip-flops. They were on sale but one, get one free. Can't beat that. They are so comfortable, I want to go back and see what else they have on sale.
