Princess Nails

Mimi was wonderful! She explained everything as we went along when I got my nails done - switching from gel powder to buildable gel; with pros and cons. The atmosphere was clean and quiet. I found my new nail salon.

Quinton did an excellent job. There was no wait and everyone was extremely polite. It was a pleasurable experience. I do the liquid gel, it lasts longer and looks better and feels more natural.

The worst pedicure I've ever had! A week later I still have scabs where the skin was filed. The deep red polish was smeared on my skin. The polish was streaked and uneven. Mt little toe was only half polished. In top of all that I was overcharged! The basic manicure that I paid cash for should have been $38. I was charged $42. I will never return to this horrible salon.

I asked for removal and basic manicure. I didn’t want my nails cut down or off. My nails are gone and completely damaged. I told her the process hurt me 3 or 4 times and told her about keeping my nails and they were still cut off or ripped off in the process I didn’t even want my services finished at this point. I tried to call afterwards to talk to someone because I don’t do well with confrontation and I got an answer but I kept saying “hello” and not a response back… I will not be back I’m so upset my nails are ruined
