Mosch Ball

Mosch Ball is an absolute must for your youth athlete. From conditioning to ball handling to intense scrimmage scenarios, it is a training facility that preps your basketball player both mentally and physically. Sheana is a trainer that teaches strength, skills, knowledge and confidence on the court. Our daughter thoroughly enjoys her workouts with Coach Mosch, and while she’s still early in her basketball career, I am certain that Mosch Ball will be a constant in her continued training and growth.

My daughter had an amazing time at basketball camp! She learned a lot and was excited to come home each day and talk about what she worked on. Coach Sheana was supportive, encouraging, and helped push her to improve her skills. I truly appreciate the positive environment, personalized feedback, and dedication shown throughout the camp.
