The staff are very helpful. I haven’t had anyone assist me with putting on shoes since I was a kid in a JC Pennys. They evaluate your feet and help find a good fit for you.
Stop in only to try on a particular shoe, I called beforehand, spoke to and worked with Darian. She was super sweet and helpful; there was no pressure on me to buy anything she simply offered suggestions and help which is what I needed. Much appreciated! Will return to this location again. Shop is clean, organized, and easy to access.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience here! Chloe was so knowledgeable and helpful. She was patient and helped me find the perfect shoes from a brand I wouldn’t have found otherwise. Markell was so helpful as well. Would definitely recommend!
Very helpful and knowledgeable, understanding. I was given the free 3d foot mapping and he recommended several pairs of shoes after listening to my concerns and medical issues. I can't wait to see the difference it makes at work tomorrow! Update: some improvement, but feet still hurt after standing all day. Guess I need to explore other options. Still, it did improve, so there's that. Great place.
Couldn't have been happier. Bought a pair of shoes from them but after about a week, they were causing issues with my toes while on longer walks/runs. Went back in and they spent about 45 minutes making sure I got the perfect shoe and perfect fit. Did an exchange for the new shoes. New shoes were actually a little cheaper than the originals and they gave me the difference back after the exchange! Will be back!!
