Couldn't have been happier. Bought a pair of shoes from them but after about a week, they were causing issues with my toes while on longer walks/runs. Went back in and they spent about 45 minutes making sure I got the perfect shoe and perfect fit. Did an exchange for the new shoes. New shoes were actually a little cheaper than the originals and they gave me the difference back after the exchange! Will be back!!
Anna was so friendly and helpful. As soon as I stepped foot into the store, Anna greeted me and helped me sign in to the waitlist. As soon as she was done with her first customer, she came over to me and immediately began helping me with my updated feet scan and finding the best new running shoe. Not only did she listen to my concerns, she had educated and thoughtful insights to why my feet may be hurting after my runs. She saw the sweatshirt I was wearing and struck up a conversation about my anniversary trip, and we connected over our love for the outdoors and travel. She was so supportive of my decisions and told me about returns/warranties. I wish everyone could have the experience I had with Anna.
The young man who served us could have been a little more inviting and engaging. He approached us as we entered the store, I was already leaning towards the Hoka brand, landing on the Bondi 9 in Midnight blue, but I inquired about ways to address my gait change as I have aged with overpronation. He did not offer the Fleet Feet fit id Outfitting Process or address my stated foot concerns, other than offering to add insoles. From other customer accounts, I was expecting a "professional" opinion on how to ensure foot health as I grew older. That experience left me a little dismayed, so I bought what I came for and left. Went in skeptical about the process. Was met by, I think, Cadence, who explained each part of the process. She was extremely knowledgeable about the process and her products. Left the store after purchasing knowing you have gotten a new customer for life.
Stopped by for the first time yesterday after having some issues with my current running shoes while training for a half marathon. After explaining the issues I was having, Micah was able to assist me in finding two new pairs of running shoes! Fantastic service and I look forward to coming back and supporting this business in the future.
