Called multiple times and left voicemails for someone to call back regarding a bus driver threatening the kids and not one person called back! Really shows how much they care about our children. But I'm sure if it had to do with one of their own, they would've taken care of it immediately!

At least two out of five days during the week the bus is late. You can see on the GPS via the app, that the bus driver is sitting in some parking lot for about 20 - 25 minutes. Bus 121. From what my daughter says, the bus driver is extremely rude and acts like the victim when speaking with administrators about the students. When you call in to the DD2 transportation, they act like they don’t care one bit about your concern and just make excuses. Worst in the state.

First 2 days of school my elementary age children were missing. No one at transportation returns call messages or answers the phone. The bus app doesn't work. But you cant contact them at the number on the app listed for help because no one answers. Its obvious how much care they have for students and their families. Good luck parents!

Transportation department is terrible. They just keep transferring you to other people so they don’t have to deal with you or the issues you have

Transportation this year DD2 is HORRIBLE! Buses are late every day and some days they don't come at all! Once the driver was sitting at McDonalds during my sons pick up time, he sat there for 30 minutes until I called and reported it. My son have been late to school at least 2-3 every week. I've left message after message and nobody returns my calls. My son should not have to use Uber 3 times a week. This RIDICULOUS!! When school first started my son had to be at school at 9 so I was able to take him myself, then they changed the school hours, now that he goes later I'm not able to take him. Something needs to be done and that supervisor need to start returning calls!!!!!! They're going to start reimbursing us for having to use Uber.
