I ordered online for two of my orders, and they were very quick with preparing everything. My mother got the half dozen, while I got four cookies. After taste-testing them all, my absolute favorite was the Nilla Bean Cupcake Cookie. The vanilla bean cream cheese frosting was truly the star—sweet, velvety, and decadently rich in the best way. The Strawberry Brownie was really good as well. It wasn’t my top pick, mainly because it used freeze-dried strawberries instead of fresh ones, which gave it a slightly tart taste—but overall, it was still pretty decent. The S’mores Skillet Cookie was honestly the perfect way to kick off my weekend. The gooey marshmallow mousse paired with the melted Hershey’s chocolate gave major campfire vibes and melted right in your mouth. The last one I tried was the New York-Style Cheesecake Cookie. I love trying new things and I’m usually a big cheesecake fan, but the vanilla cheesecake frosting was very overpowering. It completely took over the graham cookie itself, which was a bit disappointing.

Crumbl in Summerville - a little strip mall off the main road/highway area. The staffer was the only one in the store prepping at the start of the day, but nicely gave us plenty of extra frosting on the dish. Always like the cleanliness.

Crumble cookie at Summerville needs better costumer service. We arrived 22:40 at this location, and they were already closed. The guy refused to take our order, even tho google hours and the sign on the door saying the felicity closes at midnight.

Cookies are so good and love the different flavors every week

Crumbl never disappoints when it comes to flavor! The cookies were warm, fresh, and tasted amazing. The staff were polite and kept things running smoothly, and the whole place looked spotless. My only complaint is the wait — it can take a while, especially during busy times. Still, the cookies are worth the patience. I’ll definitely be coming back for more new flavors next week!
