Wow, we love their cookies and very friendly, funny customerservice. My wife has a very sensitive stomach but she has no problem having crumble cookies. They use real ingredients for their baking. Little higher price but worth the flavor ❤️

I ordered online for two of my orders, and they were very quick with preparing everything. My mother got the half dozen, while I got four cookies. After taste-testing them all, my absolute favorite was the Nilla Bean Cupcake Cookie. The vanilla bean cream cheese frosting was truly the star—sweet, velvety, and decadently rich in the best way. The Strawberry Brownie was really good as well. It wasn’t my top pick, mainly because it used freeze-dried strawberries instead of fresh ones, which gave it a slightly tart taste—but overall, it was still pretty decent. The S’mores Skillet Cookie was honestly the perfect way to kick off my weekend. The gooey marshmallow mousse paired with the melted Hershey’s chocolate gave major campfire vibes and melted right in your mouth. The last one I tried was the New York-Style Cheesecake Cookie. I love trying new things and I’m usually a big cheesecake fan, but the vanilla cheesecake frosting was very overpowering. It completely took over the graham cookie itself, which was a bit disappointing.

Placed an online order 30-40 min prior to arrival, yet someone who just walked in the door got theirs before mine. While an older employee condescendingly spoke down to another employee of best practices instead of helping 😕. Cookies cute though.

Crumble cookie at Summerville needs better costumer service. We arrived 22:40 at this location, and they were already closed. The guy refused to take our order, even tho google hours and the sign on the door saying the felicity closes at midnight.

Dubai chocolate was not as good as we hoped. They were busy and forgot to write the message on the box. The og chocolate chunk is our fave 😋
