    Burn Boot Camp is quite possibly your new “happy place”… from the moment you walk in you’re greeting with a high-five and every trainer knows your name. The workouts are intended to push you to your limit. With the ‘group setting feel’ you’re still left feeling like you had a one-on-one training session. Abby, Misty, Lala, Lauren, Jen and Jesse are the biggest cheerleaders, all while making sure your form is on point. From Strength Training to Cardio (Yoga & Kids Camps on some Saturdays) this is the place to be. They also offer childcare which is hard to come by some gyms. These people truly care about your kids! Ana, Skylar, Sarah and Yasmine are amazing! My kiddos look forward to Camp just as much as I do!

    Burn Boot Camp has been the best gym ever for me! I’m a runner and do not do any strength workouts on my own. I found Burn two years ago and loved that as long as I made it there, they would support me and tell me what to do for a workout! I have lost 15+ pounds and am significantly a stronger runner and person. The childcare is AMAZING! My kids beg me to go on the days I want to skip and they are so well taken care of since day 1. My kids are 8, 7 and 4 and all of them have a great time. All of the staff and trainers are amazing too! Lala, Abi, and Lauren are so much fun as trainers and truly care about you and your goals. You can’t beat the community either. All of this to say, the best gym ever!

    I’ve always been a little overwhelmed in gym environments (because let’s be honest, I’m no expert and definitely wasn’t an athlete), but this place is different. It’s so welcoming and encouraging. All of the trainers are amazing and authentic! I’ve taken the most classes with the trainer- Misty. She’s incredibly encouraging, pushes me, helps me correct my form in a way I really appreciate, and somehow makes me laugh every camp. I’ve learned so many new stretches from her too. Abby and Lala push me to lift heavier at every camp and have literally handed me weights I didn’t think I could lift… and then I surprise myself when I can! They always know my limits and never push me past them, but they help me get the most out of every workout. I’ve done several camps with Lauren as well, and every time I felt like stopping, she’d chime in with a perfectly timed “yes you can,” right when I needed it. Each of the trainers also celebrate with you when you’re giving it your all already! It’s just an overall great workout but also the people are what make it the place to stay. They authentically care about your progress, have many ways to hold you accountable, and truly give you a personal training experience in a group environment. Even the other members have been so helpful to me and encouraging! Childwatch team is also great! They know my kids well and I never doubt leaving my kids with them! All of the kids always seem happy when I come in the room! They also are each very encouraging when they workout in the same camp as me! Burn has been so good for me, physically and mentally. I’m definitely stronger, and even my cholesterol has improved! I highly encourage you to try it!

    I joined burn back in June as part of their bring a bestie promotion(my neighbor is a member) and I’m so glad I did. I was intimidated at first but it’s such a positive, motivating group of people, and I can feel my self getting stronger every day! Huge shout out to the amazing trainers Abby, Lauren, LaLa, Misty and Jenn. They have each personally helped me and inspired me to keep going. The format is great and you really are able to get full body work outs and focus on improving from week to week. The big plus about this gym, that even allows me to go, is that they offer child care! Grateful for women like Skylar, Sarah and Jasmine who truly care about the kids, creating a safe space while we can work out. I wasn’t not much of a gym person before this, but burn has changed my perspective. It’s such a welcoming, encouraging environment and I am so glad I am apart of it.

    There are a bunch of camp times so I am able to come with a busy schedule. I love walking in and everyone remembers my name and high fives me. Everyone is super friendly. I feel motivated to hit my goals in the gym and outside with the support of all the trainers. Abby is always pushing each person to go beyond what they think they can handle. There’s always modifications I can do if I am injured. There’s always events and activities going on outside of the 45 mins you spend in the gym a day. I love the universal membership so I can attend camps in other states or locations if I am traveling. I love how active they are on social media, it’s always so fun to see a video of me working out. This is my favorite place to be!
