BJ’s Wholesale Club

Like any other wholesale club, it’s hit or miss on items. While there are permanent items, many of the good ones are here one day and gone the next. The curbside pickup is a favorite of mine. Place the order and then just show up and check-in on the app. They bring the items to your car. Very convenient.

I have always enjoyed shopping at BJ’s and appreciate the value it provides. However, I recently had an unpleasant experience that I feel is important to bring to your attention. While asking a question to one of your employees about the optical department, another staff member—who was positioned at the exit checking receipts—interrupted and spoke to me in a very rude manner, even though I was not addressing her. I strongly believe that anyone working directly with the public should demonstrate at least basic courtesy and professionalism. What upset me the most was that I wasn’t even speaking to this employee, yet I was treated disrespectfully. I hope you take this feedback into consideration so that situations like this do not happen again in the future. Thank you for your time and attention. Sincerely

We have had Multiple times now that over half of our online food orders have been missing. Just complete laziness. They give us a receipt of the food they pulled and put in our car but don’t bother to actually look to make sure they have everything. This time we are missing 15 out of the 25 things we ordered. Then with having 3 kids and 2 full time jobs. It makes life hard to have to make 2 trips back to back. Just to get what we should haven gotten the first time.

Came here with a friend on her membership and I can't really say BJs has won me over. Most of its prices are no better than standard supermarkets and they don't even have a food court. I will gladly drive 30 extra minutes for Costco & Sam's instead.

Great place, great prices on meats, cut to your liking, great prices on chicken. Always clean, there's someone to help when needed. Will sanitize your cart for you, there's hand sanitizer as well. It's well stocked, great for small business startup.
