Bellacino’s Pizza & Grinders

I recently visited your Bellacino’s Pizza & Grinders location, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The pizza I received was burnt, and the staff inside appeared to be goofing off instead of paying attention to their work. The overall atmosphere and service were unprofessional and not what I expect from a brand like Bellacino’s. This group clearly needs stronger leadership and better training. Employees should take pride in the food they make and the service they provide. Please address this issue and help your team learn to deliver the quality and professionalism that customers associate with Bellacino’s. It was good pizza but it's expensive. But I had to try it. 8 inch pizza was $14

We usually take out the pizza but Bellacinos is our “ go to” place for pizza. It’s really tasty and always done right! The crust is perfect and the they are not “stingy”with pepperoni, sausage, etc. The staff that greets us is friendly and efficient. We love how they cut the pizza in easy to deal with squares. We really enjoy Bellacinos!

Dont usually leave a review BUT Ate there last week and noticed that my bill was a bit higher than usual.look at my receipt and noticed a additional service charge of approx. 9%.I asked the girl what the charge was for and she said " so we all can get a tip". I do not like to be deceived and have extra charges added to my bill without me knowing.Most people do not look at their receipt and will probably never notice .I may be mistaken but there is a hourly wage and a wage for a person getting tips in south carolina , and how do the employees know how much the daily receipts are????.We ate there often ,but not ever again.Please do not get me wrong i tip for good service and food and tip the waitress , not the owner please keep this in mind with your very questionable business practices ,as there are many pizza and sub shops that serve excellent food on the Greater Summerville area

Got the A-1 Bomber 1/2 sandwich (cut in 1/2 again to save one for tomorrow) with baked fries and a fountain beverage (they also had bottled beer). The sandwich was good, the fries were like steak fries. I prefer shoe string fries, but they were good nonetheless. All in all a good meal.
