The Winchester Spa and Salon

Karoline is such a nice woman, and the shade of blonde l wanted for at the bottom is pretty spot on, however, I showed her 2-3 pictures beforehand of what I had envisioned (was booked for a balayage that came with an optional haircut) and it really didn't turn out how I wanted. It's blocky and choppy instead of blended. I made a point to tell her I wanted low maintenance, I did NOT want to have to get my roots touched up every 6-8 weeks. She took some blonde streaks to the roots anyway, so afterwards someone else had to go in and essentially paint them away from the roots. I told her I didn't like it while was there. She recommended I sleep on it for a few days, so ok fine, but the more I look at it, the more I borderline hate it unfortunately. It was also recommended when l was there that I come back in 6 weeks and spend even more money to fix it. The haircut is also like lopsided (she cut ~6 inches off). I also reached out on Monday or Tuesday to ask which shampoo/conditioner I should get for times I don't use purple shampoo and it's late Thursday evening with no response yet. I unfortunately do not recommend this place. Attached you'll see examples I showed vs what it ended up on.

Savannah did an amazing job making it a great first time experience with not only her but the salon as a whole. She demonstrated a lot of knowledge/experience during the consultation and was very thorough throughout the process explaining what she was doing each step of the way. Violet was incredible. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and was getting what I wanted. My hair turned out better than what I imagined. She is top notch. Definitely will book with her again. The salon itself was very clean and accommodating. Great service from the time I walked in and throughout my whole visit. Everyone I saw getting hair done looked great.

savannah was the best! She knew exactly what i wanted didnt even double question it just automatically knew. my hair came out just how expected❤️ so if you get savannah shes amazing and with service. Everyone there is super sweet and welcoming!

Cara has a great personality and made my visit enjoyable! MJ and the salon are pure old southern hospitality! Cara asked questions and understood the look I was trying to achieve. My hair looks better than I could have imagined. Thank you for giving me my sparkle back Cara!
