The Azalea Bar & Garden

Came into Summerville from out of town and found this gem of a bar! Our servers were so attentive and their recommendations were amazing. Our favorites were the Rosebud and the Bonsai, the Rosebud is probably my favorite cocktail I have ever had, the homemade clementine syrup was a standout. Definitely worth the visit if you’re in the area, and even if you’re in Charleston it is worth the drive out!!

The atmosphere at The Azalea Bar & Garden is absolutely beautiful. It has this charming, old-fashioned feel that instantly makes you slow down and enjoy the moment. The cozy garden vibes, warm lighting, and thoughtful details make it one of the most relaxing places to spend an evening. The drinks are delicious and clearly made with care—every cocktail tastes crafted rather than rushed. You can tell the bartenders take pride in what they do. Big shout out to our bartender Elizabeth and Emily! What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere feels genuine and inviting. Honestly, it puts Charleston to absolute shame. Charleston has plenty of spots, but nothing even comes close to the charm, hospitality, and experience you get here in Summerville, SC. If you’re looking for great drinks, cozy vibes, and a place that feels special the moment you walk in, this is it. 🍸🌿✨

Stopped by for cocktails and was thoroughly impressed. We had the Saint's Dragon and the #3 Rum Old Fashioned, and both were exceptional. The craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail in every cocktail were evident. As someone who travels all over the United States for work and is always trying new restaurants and bars, this place stands out. Atmosphere: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Cocktails: 10/10 A true hidden gem in Summerville, SC and an absolute must-try for anyone who appreciates great cocktails. I'll definitely be back. 🍸🔥

One of the best bars in Summerville! I love the atmosphere and eclectic scenery! Even opened some of the books, and love the selection! This is the place to be if you are a true Summervillian, or a person looking for a place with taste, style, and pizzazz! Love it and so will you!
