We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Baker and her entire team! From the moment we walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and she made my daughter feel completely at ease. Dr. Baker has an incredible way of connecting with kids—she was patient, gentle, and explained everything in a fun and reassuring way. We just love her!

Dr. Baker and Carrison were amazing with our daughter. She always got nervous going to the dentist at the last place we lived but here changed her experience for the better! They made her feel so comfortable and she enjoyed it here so much better. We couldn't be happier!

My daughter has used this practice since she was 4. Now she comes back from college to maintain her cleaning appts. Great Dentists and hygenists. So friendly and knowledgeable. Front office staff are so helpful and kind. Love this practice!

This was our second visit to this office to get fillings for our daughter, and unfortunately it was another frustrating experience. At our first appointment, very little actual dental work was attempted, but nitrous oxide was repeatedly pushed despite us clearly declining it. We were still charged and told we would need to return. At the second visit, our child was again prepped and placed on nitrous, which cost us an additional $125 out of pocket. We were told only part of the necessary dental work could be completed, even though multiple teeth required treatment. When we asked why all of the work couldn’t be done at once—especially since our child was already sedated—we were given vague explanations and no clear medical reasoning. This means we are now being asked to come back yet again for the same process. Communication was poor, consent was not respected, and our concerns as parents were repeatedly minimized. The lack of transparency, the repeated pressure to use nitrous, and the insistence on multiple visits without a clear clinical explanation felt more driven by repeat billing than by patient care. We left feeling unheard and uncomfortable, and will be seeking a new office. We will not be returning and are seeking care elsewhere.

Dr. WRIGHT! I went to get my teeth cleaned this morning and I sit in the chair, knowing that this would be the last time I would see Dr. Wright as my dentist. It left me with mixed emotions(I get attached easily to people and at Summerville Pediatric Dentistry it's easy to do so). On one hand, I was glad that with him retiring he can spend more time with his family and with himself, but on the other hand I wouldn't be seeing him as my dentist any longer, which left me a little sad. The first time I met him a few years ago, I was told he was ex military and I perceived preconceived as the stero typical ex military guy. You know what i mean, the one that asserts dominance and isn't happy with the world be so diverse and wasn't sure how he would treat me as a patient. So Dr. Baker told me how great he is and what a wonderful person he is and that was enough for me as I take EVERYTHING Dr Baker says as the gospel becauase she has ALWAYS done me right and been a great friend to me. So I go in for my appointment and Dr Wright greats me and he seems like a nice enough guy, we chat for a minute then he let's the dental assistant perform cleaning and then he comes in to check everything and see if my teeth are holding up and doing well and we get to taking and then he completes his exam, shakes my hands and thanks me for coming in to see him and goes to his next patient. I remarked that I liked him. He made me feel comfortable, like a human, with utmost respect and professionalism as well as being just personable enough to make you feel at to keep you comfortable. As I saw him more and more, it was a though I was going to see a friend rather than JUST A DENTIST. The SELFISH part of me wants him to stay on and be my dentist right on through serval more years, BUT, the biggest part of me is very happy and feel so blessed that I had him in my life for the time that I did. I'm also very happy for him to be able to spend more time with his family and more importantly more more time for with himself for himself. Although I will miss him as my dentist, I will miss his compation as a dentist and our chats while I'm in the chair. like Dr. Baker, his AMAZING personality and smile that puts you at ease a justlike Dr. Baker. Frontier knew exactly what she was doubt when she brought you on. I wish you all the wonderful things that life has to offer and the enjoyment of your family and taking care of YOU! Thank so very much for taking good care of me and going above and beyond to help me keep a great smile. You will be very missed and I hope that I run into you and your family sometime in the future. Until then, have an AMAZING rest of your life and i can't thank you enough. Michael Hope
