Ross Dress for Less

Great deals but this place needs better management!! The store is a mess... it's a hot mess. I was there 30 minutes after open. Clothes,rugs,purses,shoes thrown all over floors in aisles. Its sad to see the resident shoppers are such entitled slobs that they cant even put items back where they pull them from. I was near a woman that tried on 5 pr sandals and left every single pr on the floor. The aisles are difficult to navigate due to stuff just dropped. I did find some cute stuff at good prices though.

This store offers good deals on most items, though organization could be improved. It’s somewhat better than during my last visit, but still not fully organized. They have a wide range of products, including travel bags, men’s and women’s clothing, home decor, handbags, and footwear, with some impressive discounts, especially on shoes. However, the customer service leaves something to be desired; staff members are generally unfriendly and occasionally rude. While I’d return for the deals, I believe the store could enhance its organization and service for a better shopping experience.

Ive come to the Ross many times, especially during weekday evenings. Monica ,Charlotte and Lindell are 3 workers at this location. Monica is in the back usually and the other 2 ladies are usually up front. They are patient and helpful, but also super kind. You can always count on coming in and if you dont find something that fits your liking and can just cut up with these wonder ladies. I just wanted to acknowledge on here that its their welcoming attitude that make such a huge difference from other stores. Like I said they might not have something you want on this visit but youll return because of the people

Makes no sense why you go through the self checkout to be efficient only to have to wait in line for the loss prevention person to scan your receipt, check all items & bag all items. Absolutely pointless and time consuming.

most disorganized and dirty store within the strip mall , staff is extremely rude with no customer service ever , sure they’re stuff is cheap but absolutely not. it’s takes little time to be nice to someone or to simply clean up after hours … that’s what the staff gets paid for
