I stopped by this McAlister’s Deli for lunch, and the experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The dining room was very clean, and the staff up front were friendly and quick to greet me, which I appreciated. Service overall was solid — everyone seemed to be working hard and keeping things moving. The food, though, was a little disappointing. My meal came out looking fine, but the flavor and temperature just weren’t what I’m used to from McAlister’s. It wasn’t bad, just underwhelming, especially for the price. I’ve had much better meals at other locations, so this one fell a bit short. I’m giving it three stars because the customer service and cleanliness were definitely on point, but the food itself needs a little more attention. I’d give it another try, but I’m hoping for a better plate next time.

I dont usually leave reviews but everythi g i got from here did not dissapoint what so ever. When i walked in the lights were dim which was a nice calm relaxing setting. I ordered just a club with potato salad a bowl of fruit and brownie and a carrot cake. The sammy was phenominal. Potato salad is the best potato salad ive had from a resturaunt. The brownie taste like my mother made it and the corrot cake?! Dont get me started on that mmmm mmmmmmmm damn it was good

No acknowledgement from staff as I entered, only one other person at the register, and I stood there for a good five minutes before I had to say something to get someone's attention. Got our usual Memphian to go with the best potato salad. At least acknowledge people when they walk in!

This place has a vibe similar to Panera Bread and offers a wide variety of sandwiches, including club-style options. Their soups are quite popular; we tried the broccoli cheddar soup and the jalapeño turkey sandwich, which were just okay. However, the service was very slow, and they forgot our soup, only bringing it out 10 minutes later after we reminded them. There’s definitely room for improvement. Steamed broccoli looked artificially colored .
