My husband went and picked up our takeout. Our sandwiches were each 3” long and the tortilla chips were a tiny crunched up bottom of the bag each. I would be none the wiser if we didn’t just order the exact same thing just a few days ago and it was the proper size and quality. Maybe someone is angry they had to pick up someone else’s shift back in the back?

The young Manager Abby is super efficient and helpful. Not only is she assisting customers during a very busy Monday lunch-rush, she is also actively assisting & training other employees. Very impressive. My go-to for lunch. Delicious food.

Hello, what can I say about McAlister's. This was my second time going in to eat here. They have a wide variety, I Love there Reuben sandwiches very good and is packed with meat. If you get a chance and want good food go in and check them out. The staff are awesome, being your food out to you. If you also are looking to supply your office get together check them out for the box lunches. Enjoy

06/25/26: ~I have a feeling this establishment is under new management. My Ruben actually had corned beef piled high. One less star only because kitchen forgot my extra thousand-island dressing on the side. The restuarant was packed, but still got food served quick enough.

I stopped by this McAlister’s Deli for lunch, and the experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The dining room was very clean, and the staff up front were friendly and quick to greet me, which I appreciated. Service overall was solid — everyone seemed to be working hard and keeping things moving. The food, though, was a little disappointing. My meal came out looking fine, but the flavor and temperature just weren’t what I’m used to from McAlister’s. It wasn’t bad, just underwhelming, especially for the price. I’ve had much better meals at other locations, so this one fell a bit short. I’m giving it three stars because the customer service and cleanliness were definitely on point, but the food itself needs a little more attention. I’d give it another try, but I’m hoping for a better plate next time.
