The atmosphere is amazing. The workers are friendly and nice. Tony did my acrylic set and he did such an amazing and wonderful job. I could not thank him enough. Selena did a wonderful job on my massage and pedicure. Thank you. I recommend this location so so much.

This was my first time at this location and I absolutely loved it! Rochelle did my pedicure and she took her time, and was so lovely. Calvin did my dip french tips and they came out beautiful! The salon is open and airy, and does not feel crowded. Definitely found my new nail spot!

I visited Luxia Nail Spa-Summerville with my daughter. This shop was clean as all of the other Luxia nail spas in the area and the service was top notch. Alex, our nail tech, made my daughter feel comfortable during her experience and his talent is unmatched. He created the designs she wanted by hand, including the flowers. Not to say, she has been an aggressive nail biter her whole life and you can’t tell from his amazing work. We are so grateful to have found Alex and will be back!

I have gone multiple times and have been very happy with my gel polish and pedicures. Tracy does a wonderful job and is also very personable. She has remembered me from when I have come other times which isn’t the case at the last place I went to. I would definitely recommend Luxia!!!

I've debated whether to leave a review, but ultimately decided to share my experience. I visited on April 20 at approximately 6:30 PM, according to my receipt, just before leaving for vacation. I received a classic manicure and the "Heavenly" pedicure. The total service cost was $163.20, and I left a $32.64 tip, bringing the total to $195.84. During my appointment, two technicians worked on me simultaneously—one performing my manicure while the other completed my pedicure. While I understand this may improve efficiency, I personally prefer to relax and enjoy the pedicure experience, including the massage portion, without feeling rushed. Although the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant, I left feeling that the appointment was somewhat hurried. I had gel polish applied to both my hands and feet. Everything appeared fine when I left; however, within three days, the gel polish on my toenails began peeling off completely. I'm not a nail professional, so I cannot say what caused the issue, but it seemed unusual for gel polish to fail so quickly. Within a week, the gel polish on my fingernails also began lifting around the edges and chipping. This was especially disappointing given the cost of the services and the expectation that gel polish should last significantly longer. Because I left for vacation the following day and was out of town for more than a week, I was unable to return immediately. When I got back, I called and left a message requesting that a manager contact me. After not receiving a return call, I called again and eventually stopped by the salon in person. I was later told that someone had attempted to contact me, but I had no missed calls or voicemail messages. When I explained the situation, I was told that I had waited too long to return for a correction. I reminded them that I had been out of town and had attempted to contact the salon twice before coming in. While I understand there may be policies regarding service adjustments, I felt that my efforts to communicate the issue in a timely manner were not taken into consideration. The receptionist I spoke with was young and, unfortunately, did not come across as particularly professional. Initially, no solution was offered. Eventually, she told me to sit in a chair and said someone would repaint my toenails. More disappointing than the outcome itself was the lack of concern, empathy, or apology regarding the situation. I left feeling that my experience and concerns were not valued. I chose this salon because of its reputation, welcoming atmosphere, and positive reviews. Unfortunately, while the staff was friendly during the service itself, the quality of the gel application and the handling of my concerns afterward did not meet my expectations.
