I made a reservation online at 10am on 1/12/18. I arrived at 10am and the door was locked but there was people inside. I called the place 8 times to see why the door was locked and to let them know that I have a appointment at 10am. No one picked up the phone. I went to the side door where there was a yoga session to get instructor attention and she told me to go to the front door (where I was at originally) and said the woman will be with me shortly. I waited 20 minutes !! and was never seen! I should not have waited 20 minutes for a 10am reservation. Do not go here ! Go somewhere else ! This really messed up my entire schedule for the day and I am truly upset by this! I made a reservation for Ecohealth Wellness Center &Detox Spa in Mt.Pleasant and it was a great service! :)
