I want to start off by saying that the facilities of the conference center are beautiful and convenient to host a wedding, which are the reasons why we choose it. The issue here begins when it’s time to execute the event. Unfortunately, our wedding ended up being overshadowed when the wrong meal was served at our reception. It was the exact opposite of what we ordered and was inedible to members of my bridal party. On top of that, the rooms included in my wedding block were double booked and guests (including my mother) had to wait over an hour to get into their rooms. My grandmother was even walked in on because they gave a complete stranger a key to her room. And another family member had to stay at a completely different hotel. There were other several small things, such as someone on the staff taking videos of our rehearsal dinner, the cleanliness of areas of the hotel we reserved (there were chicken bones on the floor), and they have been more than frustrating to work with on resolving our issues. Honestly, I just hope another bride doesn’t have to deal with these types of problems. This has been a nightmare to solve the pile of issues we’ve had. Honestly, it would probably save you the headache to book elsewhere for a wedding. Maybe the conference center would be great for a different type of event, where these types of issues can be overlooked, but not for a wedding.

I didn't stay the night. I was there for a conference. From what I saw it was very clean.

This brand new hotel is super nice. Great people. Very conscientious of their guest's safety. They went above and beyond so you didn't have to worry. The free breakfasts and dinners with dessert which you could order off the menu were superb. The free drinks during happy hour were extra special, too. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.
