Hidden Gem in the heart of Summerville. I’ve been coming here since January 2021 and I haven’t visited another nail studio since. Where do I start? The nail studio is private, very clean and has a wonderful aroma. The decorations are super cute and trendy. The best part of my experience is Violet. Violet is an absolute sweetheart. She makes you feel comfortable and not as if you’re bothering her. She listens if you need to vent and she’s super easy to converse with and open up to. She’s extremely empathetic and compassionate. She takes her time with your service. You are the only patron in the nail studio at the time of your appointment. She’s very creative and takes your input when creating your design. You don’t have to worry about anyone having the same design as you. She gives the best pedicures. Your feet end up soft and with a cute design. She doesn’t hold your feet funny like your toes have a fungus. She has an awesome playlist and always have a good tv show recommendation. Also, which is very important, she is very prompt. You don’t have to worry about her being tardy. The studio offers complementary snacks and drinks (good ones). The price is more than fair for the experience that I receive and my nails last forever, like literally. I can go for a full 4 - 5 weeks before I experience any new growth requiring a fill in. She uses quality products. I highly recommend if you are looking for a forever nail home.

I like it. Was offered a refreshing beverage and good work done. I did come an hour before close for a pedicure but I wanted the relaxation more than anything. I felt it was VERY rushed by the technician and the whole reason for me coming was the callus removal (and relaxation), but the technician did not pay close attention to that. Took away from the experience as he was quite rude and not willing to accommodate to increase the addition of service as I was paying more. He added a remover but did not even stick my feet back in water (he already let it out) to rinse off so it made my feet harder 💔 so a quick half butt job and felt like I wasted $40+ and could have just done at home, but wanted the experience and pampering... but will not remove a star from the business. I just hope should I decide to go back, it will be a better experience...and most likely will try someone else

Violet does an AWESOME job on my nails and feet. She is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! She is very respectful of your time! Great customer service.

If you are a natural nail girl like me, I would not recommend this nail tech. While Violet does beautiful acrylic work, she is terrible with natural nails. I booked an appointment to have my existing gel polish removed and to get another gel manicure. Violet did not have the right tools to remove my previous gel polish and in return left me with lumpy and bumpy fingernails. I did not notice the work until after I left because I would not have paid for something that wasn't done correctly. I wish she will invest more into the tools she uses as well as her variety of polishes to choose from.
