Today my grandson and I stopped in to look around. We were amazed at all the train sets and equipment. We looked at some small old time games and he was trying to decide which one. He replaced one to the shelf and made his choice. At checkout, one of the staff acused him of pocketing one of the toys. I am highly insulted to be acused of stealing and the manor in which he said my grandson had pocketed one of the toys. Will never return and never recommend this shop.

A slall model trin store with nice knowledgeable staff an so many hard to find products. We went to try and find Lionel Christmas cars for my grandchildrens year of birth and they had both. Prices were nice, the cars were on sale.

Amazing, not a model train enthusiast, but an RC plane pilot, bought most of my modeling paints and brushes from them, owner is sweet and helpful, and recommended places to find what he didn’t carry

Seemed like a charming little place. However everything was extremely overpriced especially in n scale. 40 dollars and up for rolling stock and any locomotives were double market price in n scale. You would do more business if you didn’t have extreme prices on everything. Not sure about other scales but I’d imagine the prices were similar across the board. Looked at a book and it was all bent up and had a 30 dollar tag on it. I get it you need to make money but this place left a lot to be desired

Was excited coming here to show my son, but didn't feel very welcomed. They weren't busy. We weren't greeted. We looked around for several minutes to search for what we were looking for and no one offered to help or checked in on us. When I tried to get the staff's attention for assistance, they looked right at me and continued as though I wasn't there. The gentleman at the front register was polite, but barely looked at me when he spoke. Even as we were leaving out I said have a nice day and again...no one said anything to me. I was excited to find this store because my son loves trains and its closer to us versus driving to W. Ashley to the model store in the mall. Disappointed with how we were received.
