Starbucks Coffee Company

I dropped in for a coffee while on the road to get home. The staff was friendly and as I waited for my coffee I was impressed by how hard working they were. My coffee was hot and delicious. Great experience!

i've been to the Starbucks in person and I can fully say it's not the best as far as service goes, but I decided to get a coffee delivered to my house through Uber eats the delivery person informed me that my drink was spilled all over the bag and half of it was missing and when she asked if they could remake it for me, they told her no and that's how she's gonna have to deliver the drink. I understand if under business policy, you can't remake the drink, but if you were fully looking at a bag that is drenched in coffee and can see that the drink is ruined. Why not just remake it? I just think that's really rude and unprofessional.

They would rather acknowledge somebody taking pictures behind the counter that a customer. I had a DoorDash order it was right there, and I could’ve grabbed it. I didn’t and it took me after three minutes of standing there after she acknowledged the person take pictures and looking at me directly to ask her if I could just grab it, he said no absolutely not. You cannot grab it. Zero customer service skills at all terrible this terrible all around don’t know why maybe it’s personal because of my skin color I don’t know

I was super tired and all of the baristas were really wonderful and made my coffee just as I requested. Overall very good experience. Definitely will go back.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years they changed there employees and I have completely ruined my experience. I will no longer give these people my money nor my time. Staff is unfriendly don’t help resolve issues there employees made ! They have to make your drink 4 times before it correct and did I mention as well the have no accountability for there mistakes and you will have waste your time for something to be remade as well pay more because they don’t know how to ring it up properly
