From the moment you step through the door, you’re enveloped in an immediate sense of serenity. Katie welcomed me for my 60-minute head spa experience, and the relaxation began right away. She thoughtfully took the time to understand my concerns, assess my hair health, and align the experience with my personal goals. The scalp analysis was incredibly enlightening, revealing buildup, oil imbalance, and offering a deeper understanding of my overall scalp health. Every detail of the treatment felt intentional and indulgent. Katie’s touch was both gentle and precise, consistently ensuring the pressure and water temperature were perfectly tailored for comfort. By the end of the session, I felt profoundly relaxed, calm, and restored. A final scan revealed a beautifully clean, refreshed, and revitalized scalp which was visible proof of the care and expertise behind the experience. I cannot recommend this head spa enough. Laura and Katie truly create something special.

I’m gonna keep it a buck fifty with you guys - my Hair is a completely new person after my experience here in all the best ways. She is constantly feeling fresh EVEN WHEN SHE NEEDS A WASH!! I used to have to use a bunch of dry shampoo on day 2 and now - it’s still just as good as when she was washed. My scalp still feels fresh and I got this service done an entire month ago (crazy wild, which is why I’m leaving a review because of the lasting effect). Lastly - SHE IS GROWING!!! So, I’m pregnant. And I’ve already started losing a crap ton of hair, like way more than normally. After this appt, I barely lose any hair anymore. It’s like the cleansing made way for all this new growth to come in. Which now I’m having to recolor my hair because of the new growth. 😂 I recommend Serenity Head Spa x1000000. Katie did an amazing job and I’d drive from Fayetteville any day to let her work her magic.

My sister-in-law and I went to serenity head spa for the first time this week. This was our birthday treat to each other. We booked a 60 minute head spa treatment and then added a mini facial and a blowout. This was the absolute best treat I’ve ever booked for myself. We had this experience at the same time in a private room for two. Laura & Katie were Amazing!!They truly have magic fingers. They did a scalp analysis on us before our treatment and used products for our different skin types. I haven’t been this relaxed after a spa treatment in a long, long time. I will definitely be coming back again. And I plan on bringing friends with me. I would highly recommend serenity head spa to anyone that likes to be pampered. I love getting full body massages, but I would take a head spa treatment over Massage at serenity any day.

If I could give it more than five stars, I would without hesitation I experienced a 60 minute head spa with Katie at serenity head spa and it was hands-down one of the most unbelievable experience I have ever had. This wasn’t just relaxing. It was transformational. I am constantly on the go 24 seven and I’m also a mom to a very energetic five-year-old. Relaxing is basically a foreign concept to me. I can’t sit still my mind never shuts off and I’m always thinking about what needs to be done next. I honestly went into this experience thinking there was no way I’d make it through the entire session without getting restless. I WAS SO WRONG! For the first time in years I completely let go my body melted into the table, my mind went quiet, and I felt a level of relaxation I didn’t even know it was possible for me. Katie’s touch is pure magic. It felt like an out of body experience in the most peaceful grounding, soul resting way. My entire body and soul just exhaled. Everything was absolute perfection from the second I walked through the door the atmosphere the care, the intention behind it all! Every single detail was thoughtfully done. When the session ended I genuinely didn’t want to get up. I felt lighter refreshed, and like years of stress had been lifted off of me! if you are someone who thinks I can’t relax then this is the place for you! if you are craving true peace, deep relaxation this is for you! Serenity Head Spa is not just an experience, its a necessity. I will never go anywhere else Katie you are sensational in every way and I’m so grateful for the way you made me feel! My next appointment is going to be the 90 minute session counting down the days! 🩷🩷🩷

I finally got an opportunity to go to head spa. What a fabulous experience ! It was so relaxing and you not only get a head massage but neck and face get a little attention as well! Brooke made me feel so comfortable and relaxed!! I for sure will be going back!! Loved it! The place is adorable!!❤️❤️
