Absolutely an amazing place to go. I've gone here for years due to the customer service and friendly atmosphere. Susana is a blessing, always taking on every challenge I've thrown her way. Yen has made this a wonderful place to be 💗

I was disappointed. Not one, but 3 nails were chipped in 2 days( today I just removed all the polish. I wanted a regular mani/ pedi; cost 62 which seemed high relative to NY prices, esp on a Monday.. Not sure why they sanded my nails— there was no polish on them, but I think all it did was weaken them. I asked for a sheer pink, which. I got, but didn’t recognize the brand. Maybe the problem. Pedi turned out better.

I love this salon! Everyone is very friendly and laid back. Comfortable pedicure chairs, all the latest nail colors and products, waxing services. Clean and bright, consistently good results.

I love the salon. Super nice people and typically great experiences each time I've been in. This time I was a tad confused why they didn't soak my nails/tips like usual to get them off-the stylist just clipped and then shoved her file between the nail and tore them them off. Not a very good feeling given the glue holding my tips on was strong and it felt like it pulled the top layer of my nails off. I've never had this done before at a salon-they always soak the tips or file them down unless the nails are already lifting. If they didn't come off with initial pull then she'd just clip another bit of nail off and try again. So little disappointed the removal process was so heavy handed/harsh as a few times I was visually uncomfortable/in pain for a few nails, but the polish and shaping is beautiful.
