Better service than the one over in North Charleston - no wait for a drink cup (that was the entire order), but croissant they had to be reminded to give me. They were prepping a lot of lunches for later in the day. Sweet tea was good. The unsweet tea - weird after flavor like it wasn't cleaned out properly of soap?

This Panera Bread location is well-maintained and inviting. We tried the Chicken Fiesta Sandwich, Grilled Cheese, and two soups: Broccoli Cheddar and Chicken Noodle. The soups were excellent, especially the Broccoli Cheddar, which is a must-try. Each soup came with a side baguette, and the sandwiches came with chips. The service was decent, and the ambiance was pleasant, although the food could use a bit more seasoning. Overall, a good experience with a few standout items!

This Panera location is a great lunch spot! The menu has a variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, and other goodies. They have a large dining room and the tables are always clean. The staff is very friendly and I like that Skyler always remembers my order and name! The food is tasty and the bathrooms are always clean. I would recommend Panera Bread as a great go-to lunch spot for excellent service, menu variety, and a clean restaurant! 5 Stars!⭐️

My togo order placed in the app was provided 30 minutes late, even though they weren't that busy. When I asked about it, the assistant manager was rude and argumentative. The order I received was missing items, some items were wrong, and we somehow got an extra sandwich. Kitchen operation (sandwich line, visible to customers) was extremely disorganized. Manager was already scolding staff repeatedly when I first walked up. Between this experience and the bad value for money to start with, that was definitely my last time at Panera.

I had ordered two soups and a half sandwich-half salad. My biggest mistake was to trust them with my order. They completely missed the salad and gave me a full sandwich. When I took this to the cashier, she said, "I don't know why I did that, let me grab the manager." And the manager came back only to place a new salad order, which was disappointing (and money-robbing, tbh). I told them I didn't want the salad anymore and asked to have the chips replaced with baguettes. She said they didn't have them anymore. I asked if they had any other bread, and she flatly said no. I have never had such a horrible experience at Panera before and definitely am not coming back to this location. Seriously, it's not like I came at the last minute to place a huge order and still got treated like this. The manager's face clearly showed she was either racist or hated her job.
