Best Marco’s in the Summerville area. Two nice gentlemen made an adjustment for me about how I want my pizza slices. Always will be ordering from here.

Pizza is always hot and delicious. Staff are super friendly and professional. I’ve only ever had to wait for my pickup order once, and in their defense, they were swamped.

Went on 6/10/26 for the buy one get one free day. Ordered online and paid, went to pick it up and the place was empty. The door chime sounded so I waited for a while, no one showed. I called out "hello?" Several times nothing. It's going on 5 minutes, and I'm now considering walking back to the shelf and get my order and going. But at that moment a delivery guy drove up. So I waited for him. We're at 7 minutes now. Just before he walked in two employees came in from the outside in the back. (Did not wash their hands) one came up asked my name retrieved the pizza from the shelf and flopped it on the counter. I think she mumbled something like "have a good night" as she turned away and walked into the back again. Couldn't really understand her but gave her the benefit of the doubt. Normally the service is very good. And it's still the best pizza around town.

6:15 placed order was told 30-35 minutes. 7:05 called back and was told it’s on its way. 7:07 driver arrives but doesn’t have our pizza. 7:10 called again told they would have driver come back and deliver right away, would be piping hot. 7:30 pizza arrives COLD, called back will give credit and make another one right away. 8:30 called for update 8:40 2 pizzas arrives. It’s very poor service to have so many issues with a very simple single pizza order

After a disappointing visit to another Marco’s Pizza before, I decided to give a different location a try — and this time was definitely an improvement. My order came out much closer to the estimated time, and the staff seemed more organized and on top of things. The pizza itself was better too. The crust had a nicer texture, not overly tough like my last experience, and the toppings were more evenly spread. Everything tasted fresher, and it felt more like the quality I was expecting in the first place. It still wasn’t perfect, though. The pizza could’ve used a little more sauce and flavor overall, and it didn’t quite hit that “I can’t wait to come back” level. But compared to my previous visit, this was a solid step up and shows that Marco’s can be pretty good when everything’s done right.
