I ordered a chocolate chip cookie cake for my sons 15th birthday, I requested that “Happy Birthday Luke” would be written on the cake in blue and white frosting. They wrote it on the cake but my 8 year old son could’ve done a better job and saved me $46. To top it all off the cake was slightly burnt. I understand that mistakes happen but I just wanted to share what happened to me so the business can improve.

Ordered a cookie cake this past Saturday for our daughter's 21st birthday on Tuesday. Needless to say what we ordered we didn't get. We sent picture to Katie the manager and what we got then was right on point plus extra. Katie definitely went above & beyond our expectations.

Tables and dining area is visibly dirty. Dried ice cream that's been there awhile. 2 ladies working. One was decorating cookies while the other was handling all the customers. The one decorating never bothered to pause and help bring down the line. Don't plan on returning..

The Chewy Pecan Supreme cookies are amazing! The Strawberry Crinkle & Peanut Butter cookies are also excellent! We've been coming here for a long time, and have always loved their cookies but only if they're fresh -- soft & chewy -- because they would otherwise crumble and fall apart if not fresh. That's as bad as a stale cookie in my book. Today, I actually walked out without ordering because there were two employees: one was helping a customer with multiple orders while the other one was decorating a cookie. I stood there for a few minutes waiting, hoping the second employee decorating the cookie cake would pause what she was doing to help me. It certainly looked like she easily could have done so. But no, she just ignored me. Bummer... because my favorite Chewy Pecan Supreme cookies were calling out to me. I'll try again another time, I guess.

frequent shopper and was excited for my birthday reward, until i saw i have to spend even more money just to get a tiny free single cookie. $10 for one free cookie. not coming back to shop anymore.
