Luxia Nail Spa – Summerville

I visited Luxia Nail Spa-Summerville with my daughter. This shop was clean as all of the other Luxia nail spas in the area and the service was top notch. Alex, our nail tech, made my daughter feel comfortable during her experience and his talent is unmatched. He created the designs she wanted by hand, including the flowers. Not to say, she has been an aggressive nail biter her whole life and you can’t tell from his amazing work. We are so grateful to have found Alex and will be back!

This was my first time at this location and I absolutely loved it! Rochelle did my pedicure and she took her time, and was so lovely. Calvin did my dip french tips and they came out beautiful! The salon is open and airy, and does not feel crowded. Definitely found my new nail spot!

Hands down one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. I didn’t receive the services I paid for—no 8-minute massage, old polish still left on my nails, gel polish all over my toes, the old polish is clearly visible, and my nails were cut crooked like they didn’t even try. My friend got the five minute foot massage and was done at the same time. For the $25 difference in price I should have been there for at least 15 minutes more than her. I wasn’t offered the drink that was supposed to be included, either. The paraffin wax was an absolute disaster. She barely used any, sloshed it all over my leg, and then scraped it off with her fingernails and a nail file. It felt careless, sloppy, and honestly ridiculous. The whole appointment felt rushed and no-effort from start to finish. For this place to be new they certainly left a lasting impression - a terrible one. I could have gotten better results from a toddler on craft day with finger paint and safety scissors. This place completely wasted my time and money. I won’t be back, and I strongly suggest you go literally anywhere else.

Just came for my very first appointment today. Everyone was so sweet, attentive, and caring. Very great customer service. They also charge very good prices and you will get exactly what you pay for. The artist are very detailed in their work. I had an amazing experience! 😊

Tony was absolutely wonderfully superb!!!😍🥰🥰🥰 He was gentle, kind, attentive, and, checked in with me to see if I liked the final result of each step! 💅✨️He literally made the photo come to life! Not ganna lie, Going to a new salon can be nerve racking because, you just don't know! Ya know?😶‍🌫️ Lol being from out of town and needing a new set🙃😶 i searched salons, countless reviews, and countless photos.🙊🙈🙉 After deciding this morning, I was going to Luxia and Tony was who I was going to book an appointment with. I have chronic anxiety so any "New" experience can be overwhelming for me.😩🤦‍♀️ Luxia staff so welcoming, so sweet and kind! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! If you're local or out of town I highly recommend Tony as your guy! The front desk is so sweet when you first walk in ✨️🖤 I promise you wont regret it!! I don't know if you've ever had a set you love so much you would encase them to keep them forevers, but this is definitely one of those sets!/experiences!
