Yikes! The only thing this place had going for it was the drinks. The food was so overpriced for what it was. My husband got the nachos with pork and it was all chips with barely any cheese and a couple of bites of meat. The charcuterie board cost $40 and it was not worth the price at all. We went on a Friday night and it wasn’t very busy at all yet we barely saw our waitress. The food took forever. It would take a lot for us to go back to this place unfortunately. Maybe it’s good for live music but don’t go if you’re looking for good food or service.

Luxe is a great little spot. They have a beautiful outdoor area where they have live music. They also do music bingo nights and other fun events throughout the week. A friend ordered their nachos last week and they were absolutely MASSIVE!! Their sandwiches are quite good as well as their pretzel and cheese. A really cute little place to sit back and enjoy the low country weather.

Luxe Bar & Bistro was a wonderful host for our Black Women of Charleston “The Last Sip” event. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, relaxed, and perfect for an afternoon of good conversation, great wine, and connection. The food was delicious and truly enjoyed by our group, adding to the overall experience. What really stood out was how easygoing and accommodating their team was. When the weather shifted and it began to rain, they quickly moved us inside without hesitation, making the transition seamless and stress free for everyone. As the founder of Black Women of Charleston, I truly value venues that are flexible, welcoming, and committed to a great guest experience, and Luxe Bar & Bistro delivered on all fronts. We appreciate their hospitality and would absolutely recommend them for both casual outings and group events.

This place is not a restaurant nor is it worth your time and money. My mother's salad had non-chewable chicken. The fountain tea is disgusting. The sides for the sandwhiches are bags of chips. You are better off going next door to Lowcountry Public House.
