However, the shopping experience can vary depending on the location. Some stores have attentive and helpful staff, while others may lack customer service focus. Additionally, checkout lines can occasionally get long, especially during sales or holidays. Overall, Kohl’s is an excellent choice for value and variety, especially if you take advantage of their promotions and loyalty programs. They do Amazon return without any packaging as well.

It’s a great place to shop but today I went in to buy a polo shirt and I couldn’t. Why? Because they have some weird security devices wrapped on all the polos and you have to FIND an associate to remove it. Even if you want to just try it on. It’s a bit overkill. Everyone was busy so I decided not to purchase today. A bit disappointed.

The staff at Sephora is rude and untrained. There are children running around everywhere throwing things, and I was asked to leave the store with my dog, who was being provoked by one of these unsupervised children. The dog was quiet until it was bothered. The staff handled the situation very poorly and unprofessional. There are professional ways to manage these situations with customers. This was not professional at all, very bad attitude from the staff. KOHLS: THAT DOES NOT JUSTITFY OR ALLOW YOUR STAFF TO BE RUDE WITH CUSTOMERS.

joana Was extremely helpful today while I was in a rush, trying to find shoes for my engagement photos really appreciate all her help. She even helped pick out different options of similar shoes. This was at the Azalea Kohl’s.

This store always fails even more than I expect. Nothing is in the correct department. Things are always mislabeled. They don’t back up what they say they offer. And they give you coupons that don’t work. Absolute shame of a store and company. Plus the associates look at you like they were born yesterday when you ask them questions and they don’t even know their own policies. Don’t recommend this store.
