Kohl’s

I have not been in a Kohls since 2008, but I am very glad my husband and I decide to stop in this one. My husband needed clothes to go on a professional trip so we decided to try something other than target. So glad we went here. We left with so many things that we had been looking for for decent prices that its unbelievable! They had so many options for different departments. Overall, this our new favorite store and we will definitely be back!

However, the shopping experience can vary depending on the location. Some stores have attentive and helpful staff, while others may lack customer service focus. Additionally, checkout lines can occasionally get long, especially during sales or holidays. Overall, Kohl’s is an excellent choice for value and variety, especially if you take advantage of their promotions and loyalty programs. They do Amazon return without any packaging as well.

Johnna in the shoe dept was very helpful with her opinion that we asked for. Very kind. She stopped everything that she was doing just to be incredibly helpful to us. Thankyou Johnna for excellent customer service.

It’s a great place to shop but today I went in to buy a polo shirt and I couldn’t. Why? Because they have some weird security devices wrapped on all the polos and you have to FIND an associate to remove it. Even if you want to just try it on. It’s a bit overkill. Everyone was busy so I decided not to purchase today. A bit disappointed.

Parker was such a great help! He was very friendly and made sure I found everything I needed at checkout after helping me find what I was looking for when I first walked in!
