Small multiplex with several small theaters. Rocking chair seating. Reserved seating only. The seating is a bit worn, but very comfortable. Concessions include some hot food options in addition to the usual popcorn, coke & candy. Friendly service & clean restrooms.

For a cheap experience it works but bathrooms were nasty, no one was waiting where we were getting tickets so we had to wait for someone to come out and when we got to our seats there was drinks spilled everywhere and food all over the floor. We seated and the movie also started over 10 minutes late. Only giving 2 stars because tickets were half the price of most places and concessions weren't too bad on price.

Very disappointed with Cinemark's customer service. I called on my birthday to ask for a one-week extension on a promotional movie voucher due to concerns about recent illness outbreaks and was told no. I even asked the associate to check with Manager Daniel B., and the answer was still no—with no explanation, flexibility, or consideration. I understand policies exist, but the complete lack of empathy over such a small request left a really negative impression. As a Movie Club member, I expected better customer service. This experience ultimately led me to cancel my membership.

This theater is great, but it really needs to stop allowing babies and very young children into regular showings. At this morning's screening of Spider-Man: A New Day, three adults brought three young children. One wasn't even old enough to sit in a seat and cried throughout much of the movie, while the other two repeatedly ran up and down the aisles and danced in front of the screen. If your child isn't able to sit quietly through a movie, please wait until they're older or arrange for a sitter. Everyone else paid to enjoy the film, and it's frustrating when the experience is disrupted because parents aren't managing their children. I really enjoy this theater, which is why I hope Cinemark will consider offering some adults-only or child-free showings. I think a lot of moviegoers would appreciate having that option.

Usually not very busy except prime time weekends. Chairs are comfortable and lean backwards a good bit. There's some wear on some the arms but nothing too bad. Clean bathrooms and employees are always friendly and upbeat.
