I On 8 19 had a scheduled install from 8 12. I Called at 1030 to confirm on scheduled. Was assured it was. At 12 when no one had called or showed I called again. Was told she would call them and get me an update. Over 90 minutes later no return call. Called again and was assured they would be here..I had to cancel plans and waited again..again no one showed or called.
This company without accountability, impolite, poor customer service, and poor quality craftsmanship. I do not care what they post. They post what they want. They do work with builders but beware once off warranty. The company has the most terrible reviews on yelp and other sites.Facebook will be my next review. I hope you read reviews that are honest.
Clint from the sales team worked endlessly with us to get our counters just right! The install team were so professional and did beautiful work! Would absolutely recommend them again.
