Bruster’s Real Ice Cream

There’s no shortage of candy/nuts in the ice cream! Very large portions, lots of flavors to choose from. Luckily it wasn’t a hot day, the ice cream cones were melting a fast as we could eat them!

We absolutely love Bruster’s ice cream! I had only had it once before and forgot how good it is. No store bought ice cream can compare. Friends got a birthday cake for my husband (name removed from the picture) and it was amazing! I cannot recommend this Bruster’s enough…the staff and owners are always friendly and professional.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s been cool but this particular time make me just wish they had other locations . I should have gotten out the car instead of sending my fiance who can’t seem to speak up. We went and order two strawberry lemonade freeze one was on my receipt. As a sorbets the other one was the norm I normally Get. I just knew it was two different brands because I always get the same thing all the time , he goes back up there too ask them to remake it “we are paying customers” but they were trying to argue him down saying it was a freeze when it wasn’t. I don’t appreciate how we were treated as paying customers .its unacceptable, wish they had another location. Should have just went up there and got a refund after they refused to make my order in which I paid for

We love Bruster's ice cream. And we were pleasantly surprised to find this new one. They still don't have Coconut Chocolate chip or Coffee Chocolate chip, sigh, but neither are usually popular and that's understandable. They do have my husbands fav, Chocolate , and he was very happy. The scoop was smaller then we expected. HOWEVER, the onwer contacted us and explained they are still training people. And they were very nice about it. If you are looking for hreat ice cream, and some fun flavors, don't hesitate to go check this out. A bonus is that they have a l9vely oitdoor area, with umbrellas, to sit and enjoy your ice cream. It's easy to get to and the parking is much better then at the old stores.

Baaaaaby I've been wanting vanilla ice cream with wet walnuts and strawberries for the past week or so. Dairy queen used to be my go to but they discontinued wet walnuts. I called Brusters before I hopped in my car to make sure they carried wet walnuts as a topping. When the server confirmed I immediately drove to go have my craving fulfilled. It was so good and their customer service is A1.
